Changing the Guard

This historic ceremony takes place daily at Buckingham Palace and is free to watch. These elite soldiers have guarded the King or Queen since the reign of Henry VII who made the Royal Body Guard a permanent institution which has spanned over 520 years of history.

The longest-running comedy festival in the UK will feature over 1,600 performers, performing over 800 shows on more than 90 stages across Leicester & Leicestershire.

Nottingham Festival of Science and Curiosity

The Nottingham Festival of Science and Curiosity is back bigger than ever this February with a programme packed full of fun, free, hands-on activities aimed at all the family. Now in its sixth year, Nottingham Festival of Science and Curiosity seeks to take science, technology, engineering and maths out of laboratories and into local communities. With over 50 events spread across over 30 venues throughout the city and county, there are events suitable for all interests and age groups.
