Boston Ticket office has reduced ticket office opening hours. We apologise for any inconvenience. You may purchase a ticket at the Ticket Vending Machine on the station, online at East Midlands Railway, our EMR app or on the train from the senior conductor if you are unable to purchase or collect your tickets.

Temporary Ticket Office Closure

As part of station redevelopment work, the Ticket Office will be closed on the following dates:

  • Tuesday 16th April
  • Wednesday 17th April.

A temporary ticket office will be set up next door which will be open during our normally scheduled hours on Thursday 18th April. EMR staff will be available during normal ticket office opening hours to support customers buying tickets.
