Do I need a new account to purchase tickets through the app?
Yes, season tickets can be purchased on our free train booking app. To view more information about the different types of season tickets available, head over to our season tickets page.
No, railcards cannot be purchased on the EMR train app but can be used when purchasing rail tickets.
In case you need to change your plans, you can easily manage your booking through the app by changing the time or date of your trip or requesting a refund. If you ever need to request a refund, you can do so through the 'My tickets' section of our train booking app.
If you already have an EMR account, you can simply log in to the app and your details will automatically sync with both the app and the website. However, if you do not have an account yet, you can register by selecting the "Register" option on the sign-in screen of the app. Alternatively, you can visit the EMR website to register for an account.
