Class 153 Diesel Multiple units
Not compliant with PRM-TSI.
Our class 153 units usually run in service attached to an accessible train type (which have accessible toilets and visual information for example), this is to ensure we can provide our passengers with particular accessibility requirements, the best level of comfort for their journey. Platform staff and our onboard Senior Conductors will be able to provide information on the features available in each portion of the train. Very occasionally our class 153 units may operate on certain routes without being attached to a more accessible train, therefore we strongly advise passengers on local routes, who require it, to book assistance in advance allowing us to advise you on the best course of action.
