We are phasing out our High Speed Trains
In 2020 we will be phasing out our High Speed Trains (coloured Blue and White) and replacing them with trains that are accessible to more of our customers. The replacement High Speed Trains (coloured Red) will provide visual and audio customer information, have a wider wheelchair space and have improved accessible toilet facilities. The wheelchair space can be found in standard coach E. These will be introduced to our fleet in early 2020.
In December 2020 we will have replaced all our High Speed Trains and the new fleet will be accessible to all our customers.

You can also book assistance by phone - just call us on 08000 11 33 23. Lines are open 24 hours a day (except Christmas Day and Boxing Day).​

Booking at least 12 hours in advance helps us to make sure the appropriate support will be available. If you can't give 12 hours notice, contact us anyway and we’ll do all we can to help.

How we use your data
We hold your contact details and journey data in the Passenger Assist booking system for two years. We share your journey data with other Train Operating Companies and Network Rail - so we know you're looked after for the whole of your rail journey, even when you're not travelling on our trains.
